Products and Sizing

In the event an order is placed for an out-of-stock item, we will ship your product when it becomes available. We cannot guarantee a restock date. We will keep you informed of a status update on pending products/orders via the email address used to place the order.
All Promotional Codes are non-stackable. Discount codes are not valid on items on sale or clearance. Promotional codes are valid for one-time use per customer. TierOne reserves the right to enable and disable promotional codes at any given time.
Currently, we are selling directly to customers through our website and through our doctors’ offices.
TierOne Compression Socks are built to last with proper care. We recommend setting your washing machine to cold water. Do not use bleach which can fade the brilliant sock color. Do not tumble dry and do not iron which can damage the sock material. Instead, hang the socks to airdry.
We offer a range of sizes for our compression socks for maximum comfort. Sizes include Small, Medium, Large, XLarge, XXLarge, and XXXLarge for both men and women. Use our Size Chart to select a proper size.
To find out your calf size, measure the widest part of your calf. Then select the proper sock size on our Size Chart. To measure your calf muscle, you will need a flexible measuring tape and a mirror or assistance from someone else. Follow these steps: Stand barefoot on a flat surface, ensuring your weight is evenly distributed. Locate the widest part of your calf muscle. This is typically found a few inches below the knee, where the calf is fullest. Take the flexible measuring tape and wrap it around the widest part of your calf, making sure it is snug but not too tight. The tape should be parallel to the ground. Look in the mirror or have someone help you read the measurement on the tape. Make note of the measurement in inches or centimeters. Remember to measure both calves and take the average if there is a difference between them. This measurement can be useful when selecting the appropriate size of compression socks or other calf-related garments.

You shouldn't wear compression socks with peripheral artery disease (PAD).  Wearing them if you have PAD can be dangerous.  Compression garments can exacerbate PAD symptoms by impeding already limited circulation.  So, you should not wear compression socks if you have PAD symptoms.

The benefits of wearing compression socks are many. Compression socks can improve circulation and fight swelling and discomfort. By applying consistent pressure along with leg movement, these special socks promote blood flow from your ankles through the deep veins in your legs toward the heart. Compression socks may also reduce the risk of developing DVT (deep vein thrombosis), a clot that forms in the deep veins. We currently ship internationally to Canada, Mexico, and the UK.
Orders placed before 2PM EST will ship the same day and all other orders will ship the next business day, provided the product ordered is in stock. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday, Sunday, or national holidays. We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive once it has left our facility. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by this site or other parties only as an estimate. Once the package leaves our facility, it is up to the shipper’s schedule to deliver your order. Generally, once a product is shipped, it takes 5-8 business days for delivery to destinations within the United States. Click on your order’s shipment tracking link to get the latest status of your shipment. From the main menu on the website, click on “Products” and you will be directed to the shop. You can also click on product images or “Buy Now” and “Shop” buttons located throughout the website. Once you select a product, choose a size and quantity. Be sure to click “Check Size Here” to ensure you choose the right size. Once you complete your order, click on the “Checkout” button. This will take you to a new page where you’ll enter your billing and shipping information and select a payment method. You can also choose to create an account. Then click the button to place your order. TierOne is not responsible for declined orders due to misinformation provided at the time the order was placed. TierOne will automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within the State of Florida where TierOne holds a presence. For orders shipped to other areas, the purchaser is solely responsible for any applicable sales tax as indicated by individual State/Province guidelines and regulations.

Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

We want to make sure you are happy with your purchase. We have a few requirements to ensure hassle-free returns. Our refund and returns policy last for 30 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be received at our returns address. Please return your item in the original packaging. Before returning items to us, you MUST contact us at team@tieronecompression.com and provide the name and order number of the purchased item. Please contact us at team@tieronecompression.com for any questions related to returns.
To qualify for a refund returned items must be unused and unworn in the original packaging and in the same condition as was received. Once your return is received by TierOne and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, then it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow 2-3 billing cycles for your refund to be reflected in your statement. Send us an email at team@tieronecompression.com if you haven't received a refund after 2-3 billing cycles. Sale items will be refunded at the sales price paid by the purchaser. Please contact us at team@tieronecompression.com for any questions related to refunds.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request more information or for fitting issues, send us an email at team@tieronecompression.com. Upon email confirmation of an approved exchange, we will send you the return address for your item. Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. Please allow 1-2 weeks for return and exchange processing. 
Before returning items to us, you MUST contact us at team@tieronecompression.com and provide the name and order number of the purchased item. You will be responsible for paying shipping costs for the items you are returning. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you are returning costly items, you might consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
You can exchange a gift by following the same process as described in our return and exchange policies and email us at team@tieronecompression.com.
You can change or cancel your order within one hour of placing your order during our regular business hours of 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. EST, Monday through Friday. All orders placed before 2:00 pm EST during regular business hours will be shipped out the same day. Orders received after 2:00 pm will be shipped out on the following business day.
