Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
What's your return policy?
We want to make sure you are happy with your purchase. We have a few requirements to ensure hassle-free returns. Our refund and returns policy last for 30 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be received at our returns address. Please return your item in the original packaging. Before returning items to us, you MUST contact us at team@tieronecompression.com and provide the name and order number of the purchased item. Please contact us at team@tieronecompression.com for any questions related to returns.
What’s your refund policy?
To qualify for a refund returned items must be unused and unworn in the original packaging and in the same condition as was received. Once your return is received by TierOne and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, then it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow 2-3 billing cycles for your refund to be reflected in your statement. Send us an email at team@tieronecompression.com if you haven't received a refund after 2-3 billing cycles. Sale items will be refunded at the sales price paid by the purchaser. Please contact us at team@tieronecompression.com for any questions related to refunds.
What is your exchange policy?
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request more information or for fitting issues, send us an email at team@tieronecompression.com. Upon email confirmation of an approved exchange, we will send you the return address for your item. Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. Please allow 1-2 weeks for return and exchange processing.
How do I return and ship an item?
Before returning items to us, you MUST contact us at team@tieronecompression.com and provide the name and order number of the purchased item. You will be responsible for paying shipping costs for the items you are returning. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you are returning costly items, you might consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
How do I exchange gifts?
You can exchange a gift by following the same process as described in our return and exchange policies and email us at team@tieronecompression.com.
Can I change/cancel my order?
You can change or cancel your order within one hour of placing your order during our regular business hours of 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. EST, Monday through Friday. All orders placed before 2:00 pm EST during regular business hours will be shipped out the same day. Orders received after 2:00 pm will be shipped out on the following business day.
